What is the ITpreneurs Store?

The ITpreneurs Store is an Ecommerce Platform that allows students to purchase courses (eLearning, Classrrom, and Virtual Classroom) directly from ITpreneurs.

How do I purchase an eLearning Course?

  1. Go to the Courses area in the Menu and select the training framework you are looking for. 
  2. Then click on your course to read more informations or add the course directly to cart. 
  3. Once this is done you will be taken to the Shopping Cart of the ITpreneurs Store where you will verify that the order is correct and you will click in the Pay Securely Now button.
  4. You will be taken to the Registration/Log in Page where you will be asked if you are a new Student or a returning Student. 
    1. If you are a rerturning Student simply enter your user name and password or use your Social Media Profile to log in. 
    2. If you are a new Student you will need to register by clicking continue on the right.
      1. To register in the ITpreneurs Store will take you less then 5 minutes and after that you can proceed to purchase your course.
  5. After you completed the Log in/Registration you will be taken to our One Page Checkout where you will be asked to confirm your billing address and confirm you will page with Ogone (our Payment Platform). 
  6. Once you confirm that you will come to the Ogone Payment Page where you will place your Credit Cart or Paypal information to pay.
  7. Finally, after paying you will be taken to the Confirmation Page where you can click in the Start you Course Now button to be taken to the ITpreneurs Campus where you will start.

What is Ogone?

Ogone is the Payment Platform of the ITpreneurs Store. It is here that our Student pay for the courses they want to take in the ITpreneurs Store.

Which Payment Methods are allowed in the Ogone Payment Platform?

You can pay with Master Card, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

Which currencies are accepted when I purchase a course?

The ITpreneurs Store is configured to accept payments from Australian Dollars, Brazilian Real, Chinese Yuan, Danish Kroner, Euro, British Pound, India Rupee, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Kroner, US Dollar and South African Rand. Master Card, Visa and Paypal are programed to accept these currencies. Amerian Express only accepts payments in US Dollar and Euro.

How do I contact the ITpreneurs Support Team?

You only need to send then an email to servicedesk@itpreneurs.com. Explain your problem in the email and you will have a reply in a maximum of 48 hours.

How do I schedulle an Exam? 

Please send an email to exams@itpreneurs.com with your User Name, Email and the Exam you are trying to schedulle.
